DAVID HEATLEY is a musician, cartoonist and animation director living in Queens, NY. Over several decades, he has recorded 5 albums and 7 EPs as a solo artist and as part of the bands Velvet Cactus Society and The Bischoffs. His animation production company Dream Puppy, Inc was launched in 2021. A TV show based on his 2019 graphic memoir "Qualification" is currently in production.
